Shipping policy

Premade items

Premade items are already produced and ready to ship. Orders for available premade items typically dispatch within 1–3 days. This is processing time, not delivery time.

Preorder items

Preorder items are purchased before production is complete or inventory is ready to ship. Each preorder’s estimated dispatch timeframe is listed on its product page.

Please review that timeframe before placing your order. Preorder estimates refer to the time before dispatch; delivery time is additional. If the estimated dispatch timeframe changes, we’ll contact affected customers with an update.

Tracking and delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Processing and production times are separate from delivery time.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs vary by destination and order.
